About us
Priority One was founded in 2007 by media and technology entrepreneur Steve Thomson and infrastructure and technology expert Jon Abbott. Their vision was, and still remains, to become the leading supplier of IT support and outsourcing for London based businesses.
Meet the team
At Priority One we love learning. We have a specific team learning environment, individual learning plans and internal and external training. We work in 4 teams to man the service desk, provide cybersecurity, manage projects and partner with our customers. This means that we always have specialist expertise to exactly match your requirements.
